โข Provide technical support to end users by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues.
โข Ensure IT systems operate efficiently with minimal downtime while maintaining proper documentation and user satisfaction.
โข Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks, Wi-Fi, routers, and switches.
โข Install, configure, and troubleshoot computers, printers, routers, and other office IT devices.
โข Manage IT security systems, including firewalls, antivirus software, and access control.
โข Maintain updated IT inventory records and proper documentation.
โข Assist in setting up and maintaining CCTV and biometric systems when required.
โข Monitor and optimize internet speed, bandwidth usage, and network stability to support marketing and online operations.
โข Coordinate with ISPs to resolve connectivity, downtime, or speed-related issues when required.
โข Ensure smooth operation of office peripherals such as printers, scanners, routers, access points, and biometric devices.
โข Prepare and submit weekly IT activity and system status reports to management.
Requirements :
Education
Diploma or Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering.
Additional Advantage
Networking certification (MTCNA) will be considered an advantage.
