Job Description
As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact email marketing campaigns to engage audiences, nurture leads, and boost conversions. You will play a key role in campaign planning, segmentation, automation, and performance optimization to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Email Strategy & Execution:
- Plan, create, and execute targeted B2B email marketing campaigns.
- Design, write, and schedule engaging emails, newsletters, and drip campaigns.
- Ensure emails are mobile-friendly, visually appealing, and follow brand guidelines.
Segmentation & Personalization:
- Segment and manage email lists based on customer behavior and demographics.
- Implement dynamic content and personalization strategies to enhance engagement.
Automation & Optimization:
- Set up automated email workflows (e.g., welcome series, re-engagement, abandoned cart).
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, CTAs, and send times.
- Monitor email deliverability, maintain list hygiene, and minimize bounce rates.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
- Track and analyze email campaign performance using KPIs like open rates, CTR, and conversions.
- Generate reports and insights to improve future campaigns.
- Stay updated on email marketing trends and industry best practices.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience in email marketing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Marketo).
- Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of customer journeys, CRM systems, and automation.
- Analytics & Testing: Experience with A/B testing, segmentation, and performance tracking.
- Content & Design: Strong copywriting skills; basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Creativity, attention to detail, and a data-driven mindset.
