Accord Tech Solutions is looking for a dedicated HR Manager to lead our HR operations, streamline processes, and help build a positive and professional work environment.

• Manage full HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and employee life cycle
• Maintain and update HR policies, SOPs, and company guidelines
• Monitor daily attendance, leave records, and performance updates
• Ensure HR compliance and support employee engagement initiatives
• Guide the HR Assistant and maintain smooth team communication
• Conduct interviews, shortlist candidates, and maintain CV databases
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters
• Maintain confidential HR records and evaluation files

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR
• Must be a graduate from a well-known public or private university
• Strong communication skills in Bangla & English
• Good understanding of HR operations, compliance, and documentation
• Basic proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Google Workspace
• Professional, organized, and proactive attitude

• Location: Mirpur, Dhaka
• Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Saturday to Thursday (8 hours per day with a lunch break)
