(mainly USA & Canada).
We create social media, website, and marketing content to represent our brand and our clients’
brands in a professional, modern, and engaging way.
We are now looking for a Video Editor & Motion Designer who can bring stories to life through
clean edits, smooth animations, and eye-catching visuals.
Key Responsibilities
Video Editing:
Edit short and long-form videos for:
Facebook & Instagram (Reels / Posts / Stories)
LinkedIn
YouTube (Vlogs / Explainers / Tutorials / Promos)
Add subtitles, transitions, background music, sound effects, and smooth cuts.
Repurpose long videos into multiple short clips for social media platforms.
Motion Design & Animation:
Create motion graphics, text animations, lower thirds, logo animations, and simple character or
icon animations.
Design animated elements for intros, outros, hooks, and key highlights.
Add kinetic typography and engaging motion text that boosts retention.
Brand Consistency & Collaboration:
Maintain brand consistency (colors, fonts, logo usage, layout style) for ATS and clients.
Work closely with the content, design, and marketing teams to turn scripts/ideas into final,
ready-to-publish videos.
Suggest creative ideas, hooks, and visual concepts to improve video performance.
File Management & Delivery:
Organize raw footage, project files, and assets with proper file naming and folder structure
(Google Drive / local).
Export videos in correct formats, resolutions, and aspect ratios based on platform
requirements.
Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in video editing and/or motion design (Agency / Freelance /
In-house).
Proficiency in at least one major editing software:
Adobe Premiere Pro
Final Cut Pro
DaVinci Resolve
Filmora
CapCut (Desktop)
Basic to intermediate skills in motion design using (any):
Adobe After Effects
Premiere Pro (motion graphics)
CapCut / Filmora motion tools
Or any similar motion design tool
Technical & Creative Skills:
Good understanding of aspect ratios, frame rates, and export settings for social platforms.
Experience adding subtitles, motion text, and simple animated elements.
Ability to follow brand guidelines and creative direction.
Good understanding of English (to handle international content, scripts, and instructions).
Bonus Skills (Preferred, Not Mandatory)
Experience editing talking-head videos, podcasts, or screen recordings.
Basic knowledge of YouTube thumbnails or simple graphics (Canva / Photoshop / Figma).
Understanding of hooks, pacing, scroll-stopping intros, and audience retention for short-form
videos (Reels, Shorts, TikTok style).
Ability to suggest creative concepts and content ideas for better engagement.
